Kylene really wanted to go camping this summer. Since we flaked out for the ward campout (we only went Friday evening for the campfire festivities!), Kyle said they could camp in the back yard.
This is definitely my kind of camping: he came home from work, set up the tent. We ate dinner inside, roasted s'mores, they watched a movie, and went to sleep. Saturday morning the kids got up, ate breakfast, cleaned up their stuff, daddy put the tent away and presto! camping accomplished! I got to sleep inside with Andon in my own bed!

I was laughing inside when the movie started in the tent, moved to the grass, then moved inside. (Our wi-fi wasn't strong enough to watch it out back.) Another definite benefit to camping at home.
I'm planning our next camping trip already!
