Strawberries were upon us a couple of weeks ago. Jana and I--and our helpful crew--picked 45 pounds in just over an hour. (Her boys are good workers!) We hurried home and made 10 batches of freezer jam as fast as possible, then froze the rest of the berries, before Jana had to get home to get her boys to a campout. I still had a few good helpers after she left, as you can see below!
