Yesterday in Primary, Spencer had a lesson on the birth of Jesus Christ. He told me later that evening about the three Wise Men who came to worship Him. He told me they brought three gifts: "Gold, Frankenstein, and one other I can't remember what it was called." It was so darling.
Tonight for family home evening, we again discussed the story of Christ's birth. This time when we asked Spencer what gifts the Wise Men brought to Jesus, he replied: "Gold, Frankincense, and Mercy."
I love the sweet things children say that bring smiles to your face. I just had to record it so I wouldn't forget.
